I assist with the development with a customized birth plan. I will attend at least one care provider's appointment with you. Twenty-four hour support for parents. Attend entire labor, delivery and 1-2 hours postpartum to assist with Breastfeeding. Photographs of labor and birth. A postpartum home visit 1-2 weeks after the birth of your baby. I provide literature and referrals as needed and a written account of labor & birth. As a Midwifery Student I am allowed to have my own clients and provide prenatal care, attend your labor & delivery, and Take care of your newborn with supervision by a senior midwife. Choosing me as your care provider will allow me to complete my requirements to become a Licensed Midwife in the State of California.
